    Dilemma...

Picked up this nice GT spec C70 T5 quite cheap and the intention was to remove the 18" BBS alloys and put them on my V70R.

So, I bought a set of 16" Columba alloys for £80. and today went to swap the wheels over, but the C70 has 302mm front brakes and the 850 wheels won;t fit

I've read somewhere that I can grind the front calipers a bit, is this woth the effort?

Its the perfo's you needed, very similar to the columbas but they fit with the 302s.

Why didn't you just put the wheels off the v70 on it?

I did consider that but as I'll eventually be selling the C70 it would be better if it had a cheaper set of wheels on it, I have 17" Comets on the V70.

Given up on the idea of the BBS wheels.
