Should the softies meet be kept at The Vine?

After some (not much) thought, it has occurred to me that the success of the last two Vine meets shouldn't be overlooked. It's a good venue and the numbers almost doubled in the two meets we've had there.

So, who thinks the Vine should be a regular thing?

I'll still be looking at other venues around the south, just to remind everybody, the Haynes Swedish Day is in May and is always Saab heavy so I'll be there, making up the numbers, as I know many other members will be too

I'll get a few more opinions on this location business, tbh I think it's a done deal, and I'll start a thread/poll for the next meet.
Me and Judgenunja found out last time, go for the 12oz square burger as the normal one is puny

That's the thinking behind it Judge, I just don't want to pin it down to one place without hearing people's thoughts on it.

As I'm currently just the passenger it's up to Mrs PA, as she said the last time, it's a 5 hour round trip and then we only get an hour or so to meet and greet. So it's means that we will not be there very often.

But it's less of a problem if it's a fixed venue each month.

Mind you it does give everyone the chance to get lost using their satnavs and see a bit more of the south of the country moving it around a little

We will be at the Saab day at Haynes

Does having your V70 T5 built in Belgium count as Swedish?

I will be looking at various other venues around the south, any suggestions would be, as always, be greatly appreciated.

There's a lot of owners in the south, some on vpc, voc and many who are not on any forums (there's a guy at the end of my road with a lovely V70R who has done a bit of modding but has no stickers in his window. I know there's the opportunity for some goot meets if the word is spread suitably

Here's one... Bournemouth Air Festival. I will be looking at group parking (possibly free or reduced) right on the beach. One to remember

The Vine's not too bad for us, just a quick blast down the M3/27, so we wouldn't have a problem with it being there every month, and we're looking at coming to the Haynes day as well

Yes, my cousin's father in law was filming the planes coming back in when he realised one was missing. They had a meet and greet with the guys the night before. Said he was a lovely fella. Such a shame.
