    S60 suspension issue

    Hi everyone
I have rather strange problem with my suspension
Ive noticed that front springs are bangging the wheel arches, especially while driving turn the steering wheel deeply left or right and driving over the bumps.
Ive recently put new front poly bushes and can't see ane signs of wear on the other bushes and joints.
What could be the reason for that.
As u can see on the photos tyres are rubbing on inside while fully turned.

Can we confirm, your springs are actually hitting the arch lining?
Tyre rubbing is normal after polybushing.
I take it you've had the alingnment done since fitting the bushes?
If your springs are hitting the arches, you've either put something back wrong, somethings come lose or the arch lining has come away. How much did you undo or remove when you did the bushes?
Can you grab the spring and make it rattle about (up on a iack)
Are the strut tops bolted in right?
    A few things worth checking

Before i done poly bushes i was getting some bangging and to mee it looked like
one of the bushes was gone.
I haven't done alingnment since i fitted poly bushes.
Nothing have come loose to me, i've used thread lock putting the bolts back and everything looks like is in right possition.
Tyre wear looks ok too so i really dont know, maybe alingnment will sort it out?
Sign of wear and hitting on the picture below.

I only took those 2 bolts out when i done bushes

That mark is caused by the rubber doughnut on the brake line mate
Have you checked the lower engine mounts and hub bolts?describe the noise youre getting please.

Yeah it looks like u r right.
I do get quite loud knocking and bangging 2 bits of metal.
Its regular while driving slowly and and repeatedly turning deeply left and right.
    Its really annoying.

The other thing is that quite often when i park the car, turnning the steering wheel becomes harder.

Lol, chill Shane polybushing will show up other weaknesses. Have a look at the lower ball joints - jack it up, take the wheel off and start levering things. Probably ball joints, track rods can wear and become noisy and the drop links can wear and get noisy. The stiff steering sounds normal, she weighs over a ton and a half
Get to the source of the problem before you get the alignment done otherwise you may have to do it again.
