    Beam deflector position for France....help please!!!

    Hi guys

    Has anyone got any photos of their headlights on their 850 with the beam deflectors on for driving in France??

    I am picking some up later and need to apply them for tomorrow morning....but I know if you get it wrong its actually worse!

    Normally they come with instructions in the pack!

    yes mate, Omed you back, I leave dover on the 9am ferry so dont worry about popping down with them if thats too early.

    usually iv fitted them by parking nose up to a wall with lights on,
    you should see the horizontal beam patern on the wall with a slight kick up on one side,
    if you get the deflector and use a bit of celotape over it to stick it tempary to try it,
    place the deflector around the headlamp until you see the kick up part of the pattern dissapear,

    or this might help.not volvo but might help you understand where they fit,

    or you could just adjust the headlight dip thing to its lowest point,wont be so bad for oncoming cars,
