Apparently that is right, but I could be wrong.

If you do the maths, then yeah about right as

    14 psi = 0.965264 bar

I have had mine RICAD and it produces

    1.2 Bar = 17.40456

so I would guess 14 aint bad.
On a side note, how hard was it to fit the guage?

14 psi does seem a little bit high for a standard car.
T5 only runs 6psi standard, my old 440 turbo was 4 psi standard. 6-9 psi I would of thought would of been a bit more like a standard boost pressure for a T4

    Pics would be great.
Only thing to be done so far is the RICA and an ITG filter.
But seriously thinking about a turbo swap, but need to talk to VT about prices etc etc.
Next thing is the brakes and suspension though.

If your thinking of it, get it RICAD.....what a diference

    Not exactly an easy job.
apparently you need to rotate the Turbo through 90 degrees and then play about with the piping, not to mention a custom attachment for the manifolds etc

They go well though, I've driven a V40 T4 with just over 300 bhp (IIRC) it was running a 19T turbo, MTE remap, and a few other bits and bobs. Was quick

All fast cars long gone. Sensible family BMW 3 series now.
Still Volvo links though as my wife has a V50 R design sport and a mildly fettled T4
