what is this mbc or bleed valve?

got given this last night but not sure wether it's an mbc or a bleed valve, can anyone help

if its a bleed valve is it worth fitting?

is the connections marked in photo correct?

any help much appreciated.
have got an aftermarket boost gauge fitted so can set boost up correctly
am i right in setting it at 1bar, is that safe?

It's a Bleed valve, Not much cop imho, Get a Mbc, much better results but only use with a Boost gauge connected.

As above bleed valve stay well clear mate, not that reliable on our cars

Pmsl, it's the Mrs has got some crap on the syfy channel so vpc is a better option

You guys need to work harder.

Run a bath, light some candles and all that crap and tell her to have a nice relaxing bath with a magazine for an hour or so. Remote is then yours my friends.

Thats what I'm urrently doing. VPC and TV, oh yes!!
