rear spoiler build

here is the build pics of the rear spoiler i built for jamest5r

rear spoiler as supplied

conduit screwed on and heated to match curve of spoiler

another view of conduit and securing screws

measurements for bending conduit around spoiler

cuts made with 1mm cutting disc and hacksaw

ends bent and secured with screws


spoiler prepared for attachment of conduit with fibreglass filler


conduit attached...note ends have been added and attached
this was the messy bit but nothing a good rub with some sandpaper can't cure


after filling and priming with 2 pack primer

5 coats of basecoat later


3 coats of 2 pack laquer later
just needs final polishing but camera batteries failed
will try to post finished pics tomorrow
spoiler built over a 3 day period

i make them to order..............you supply the spoiler and i modify and paint to match your car
£40 unpainted (finished in primer for you to paint)
£55 painted to match your car
both plus postage or delivered by vpcuk delivery service
