    The blues will be good as you have the TT ecu. Set the actuator properly using a vacuum gauge as you want the preload at the correct tension so the ecu can cope and control boost properly. What actuator are you using? The 19t item or a 16t item? As the actuator preload is different between them and getting the setup right is very important as the 850 ECU doesnt control boost all that well but it can be made to work if you set everything up properly and use the correct BCS for the 850 not a later one as they tend to spike a little. I did have good success with a V70 T5 BCS from the first of the line phase 2 BCS with all my turbos on the 850 ECU.

    They have codes stamped on them mate but you will have to take it off to see.

    Pedro probably has the codes listed somewhere being the anorak he is

    i have got the codes for which actuator came with what turbo, but don't ever remember seeing it marking on the actuator itself. I'll sort the list out in a bit

    Im sure its stamped on the end of the arm?? but defo somewhere as i remember rumaging through Hamish's stock at the rr day last year and fitting one

    I didn't remove mine to test it. Put an airline and used a hand held pump and gauge. I pumped it and watched the wastegate until it began to move.
    Grey 855R Manual. Totally standard.

    If you are running the TT, is the MAF limiter setup properly ?
