Hello everyone, a friend of mine has just bought a 1998 S70 2.5 20v none Turbo with a manual gearbox. Its done over 130,000 miles with a full history etc and looks good. I had a drive of it today expecting it to be a bit on the sluggish side after being used to a T5. I have to say that I was very impressed with the performanceOnce it gets up to around 4000 rpm's it goes very well indeed and no turbo to worry about.
Just thought I would share the experience,

The 2.5 20v's do go fairly well for a N/A engine there a nice alternative if you don't want a turbo and after 130k it'll be well run in.
