A standard rebuild on the K24 will work perfectly on an 850. Also keep boost below 1.5bar as I cracked two housings at 1.5 bar even running very rich.

From alot of major forum groups, the 19T fare much better than the K24. However if the mapping on the 19T is not done right, boost spikes are common with the 19T. something to do with the airflow intake of the 19T compressor - the MAF is not able to read or react fast enough to regulate the TCV/BCS. Maybe for ME7 cars or even M4.4, the processor is quick enough, not the M4.3 though. Eventually I used an AVC-R for better control. Boost went to 1.6~1.7 bars before but the 19T is a solid bugger. My internals are still stock

If my kkk is had it I've got to make a choice if either look for 19t or hybrid etc or chop the t5 in get rid of all bits and get a van but im not liken the last thought as I want the fun factor

if the kkk is stuffed then put a hybrid 18/19t on it they work just aswell.
