    New clutch

Hi could anyone recommend I good clutch kit for my 1996 850 t5 cd? I don't think its the plates that are worn because it doesnt slip but maybe some other internal workings as it screetches when I set off in first then again in second but not the higher gears.

    Thanks

Just done mine but I had a spare flywheel, lucky as it was shot, around £250 300 for the kit

Did you stick an 850r clutch on a t5? How many spanners would that be in the haynes manual? lol

Where is best to get the kit from?

It's a 4 spanner job. I do alot myself but not lying under car changing clutch, may want to change box mounts and rear oil seal at same time

    '95 850's don't have dual mass flywheels, so, I'm pretty sure a '96 won't have either.

I got my R clutch from the main dealers, wasn't much more than a factors wanted.
