if you notice im staying well out of it lmao cant wait for this now im not even gonna do a sneaky pod run before hand,so ive no idea what ill run,oooooh the excitment

Could well be up for this, never done a 1/4 mile run before, but I'm a dab hand at 0-60's.
Are crash helmets required for this, and can they be hired there?

i dunno why we need helmets at the speeds we reach, you dont at santa pod unless your car does over 110mph at the end

but a bigger engine, be good to see, is that the first time your gonna race it? you'll be crapping yourself lol, and out of practice, first time i went in 6 months and blew my box out lol

Yep the left leg will be shaking on the line lol, yes that will be the 1st 1/4 so going to take it easy at 1st i like my gearbox lol

i used to hate that at santa pod,it feels like everyones watching from the stand waiting for you fluff it on the line,but your right for a straight line race it is a great buzz

well what about me on sunday? got about 100ft when the gearbox went, had to be pushed back and they closed the track to clean up the oil it had left behind, very embarrassing lol

i went up on my own mate for a quick couple of runs ended up doing 8 or 9 did manage to beat an 850t5 3 or 4 times a saab 9-5 aero and a bmw 335i which are a 3.0 twin turbo running at 302bhp and 400nms standard so my car must be pushing some nice power

Right then Lad's only 3 weeks to go so who's coming to see how fast your car is in the real world?? none of this my BHP/Torque/Whp is bigger than your's crap the 1/4 mile is where you PROVE how fast your car is

Yeah that as well lol, not a hard job just take em off and give to RadTec and they come back 48hrs later all copied in nice 1 piece shiny ally
