Just found this article and video in Car magazine and thought it could be a while before they turn up on the market, and at a stupidly high price.

One small thing that always comes to mind when I see blurb on hybrids is, they mention how fast the car will go on battery power and then how far on petrol.
But they never mention if the batteries can recharge off the engine when it's running. I wonder if someone will come up with a way to extend the range and,or the power of the electric motor.
