guessing the 591bhp was race fuel. Its still running, think he's had diff trouble (but who hasn't with Gripper )

Tell Me about it! Mine is Due To Gripper trying to make a universal Diff that actually came from a Golf I have yet to try some different friction modifier to see if that helps?

Russ most likely has Diff & Box problems as all his Bhp & Torque is delivered in one massive burst and a close amount of RPM resulting in all the head gaskets and gear box's he has gone through!

I mean the guy had my 15G set to open at 1.6 bar

It's a while since I've been to a dyno, but the old V70 gave these results a few years back.

No idea what the S70R would do, will have to get it on the rollers one day.

Can we base this leaderboard on lbft torque rather than bhp? That way i'd be 5th not 11th

Yes indeed best figure was 591hp but as that was on race fuel and no one else has that advantage I quoted pump fuels. It may have been announced as 600hp at the speed trials but I know the commentators were told 591 so I guess they'd exaggerated it to 600 which Russ had no say in

Car is still running, although as PF has stated the Gripper is giving a small issue. Engine is fine though

Mine's an auto so the bone of contention is that the flywheel power is less that factual and purely a "best guess" due to the fluid coupling.. I can put the whp figures in but I've only got hp readings and no torque figures...

Yes the 591 hp was with race fuel and as no one else on the board has used race fuel I thought it only fair to add the pump fuel figures.. But there will be updates due this year
