Power Steering Fluid

DOn't know if this is a daft question or not but...

...what type of Power Steering Fluid do I stick in my '99 V70 T5?

I don't know if there are different types or if they are all the same.

Also, is it worth draining and refilling or should I just simply top up.

If draining and refilling is best, how is this done (I can dig out the Haynes but any tips would be welcome).

Not sure on the draining and re-filling without digging out the haynes myself too, but I have simply topped mine up in the past. However, it would be handy to know if there is any gain from draining and re-filling. I use GSF's brand of Fluid in my 850 -= approx £7/litre.
