Volvos are poor at the 1/4 mile - heavy, DMF etc.....

    30-100 .... a bit more tasty.

Best thing is when ur debadged... and they have literally no idea what car your driving!

I've always been tempted by putting a 1.6D badge on the back... just for a laugh.

BSR stage 3, BSR Stainless Exhaust, Vibratechnics gearbox Mount, OZ 17" Superturismo Alloys, Bell FMIC, LED Side lights, LED interior Lights, Tinted Windows, Eibach Sports Springs, K&N Air Intake, 3" Sports Cat and Downpipe, Debadged, EST Strut Brace, EST Grille, Black Moose Stickers, Bilstein B8 Dampers, Fully Polybushed, CC3 all round, CF Wingmirrors

Its off the line that they struggle, you only have to watch them on the 1/4mile, then just spin the wheels so easily.

When you see a t5 get of the line then see santa in his s60r you can see the difference between a fwd volvo and an awd one.

theres a lot of skill in getting a powerfull fwd car to go quick on the 1/4mile, deans done well so far without an lsd, though i think he's getting one.

Apparently someone called spesh was very good at getting quick times out his cars.

An lsd will help, along with sticky tyres, the right pressures and more importantly lots of practice in getting off the line, you want the tyres to spin just enough that it don't bog down, but not so much that the power is being wasted.

This coming from someone who drives an auto!! But i have watched a lot of races lol

LSD is essential for truly decent 1/4 times and will you tons more off the line.

DMF can fail to lock up... you want an SMF with a grippy diff and just nail it.

With a decent hookup in the dry mine will take full throttle all the way through first tho...
