    custom oil feeds

hi peeps had a little mockup lastnight on mercs spare lump with my kkk and R manifold oil return feed is ok same as the water feed but the main oilfeed is quite abit differant dont really like the tought of haveing to heat up the pipe and bend it that much as i dont want to restrict the inner diameter which could affect the oil supply. so im after a place to make a custom oil feed pipe has anyone used or know of any places that do this please thnks again
now you see me OPPS now ya dont lololol

I heated and bent my oil return for my Holset. Has reduced the diameter slightly so i may have drain problems causing oil bypass the seals. I'm going to try it, if it doesn't work I'll get a custom drain done. It's usually the feed is ok and the return needs modding??

Why don't you get a braided pipe made up by Anglia hose and hydraulics in Colchester. Tell them what you want and they should be able to knock something up with banjos either side. I used them for the oil feed on my Orion and they did a spot on job

I made my own up using adaptors and banjo fittings, its quite easy really.

Its the thin braided pipe under the blue water pipe, then it loops under the turbo, and its the one closest to the camera.

Yes most hydraulic places will be willing to help. Place near me was great when getting feeds for other projects.
