You could always reduce rail pressure and they drop down to 470cc which is the same as greens

    Just to clarify.

    Greens: 410cc @ 3.0 bar and 465cc @ 3.8 bar
    VXR blues: 470cc @ 3.0 bar and 529cc @ 3.8 bar

VXR blues run ~15% more than Greens so it depends how much trim your ecu can apply without remapping. Your fuel pressure is 3.0 bar and rises with manifold pressure.

Phase 1 cars run 3.0 bar
Phase 2 cars run 3.8 bar

thanks jardon, looks even better then rotch, should be no over fueling, with the added advantage of further improvements if you up the pressure.

As your not going to be able to run silly boost pressures on a standard bottom end I'd go for a set of the V70R greens they'll do the job just fine.

To do that he'd need to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator as the Volvo one isn't adjustable

I got siemens deka 630cc from America. They were 145 plus import duty of 25 I think. That was for four though. They will take pretty much any power you will get out of even a forged lump. lol. Leaves me room for a massive turbo if I ever decide to go even bigger in the future!!

You will obviousy need a remap for any bigger injectors or it will run pig rich in open loop.

Here we go. £32 each plus import so prob just over £200 for the 5 delivered.
