Got a hlm 310 but it started doing it before we fitted it, I've checked all the hoses. Frankie put his boost gauge on and there is no boost what so ever.

Well nowt at all suggests a more major problem than either a diaphragm problem on the actuator, or a problem with the recirc valve. Problem with either should still allow for some boost, from experience...

if you cant find an 18t or a 19t or getting it refurbed is too dear, dont be afraid to stick a 16t on cos there is not much difference mate, and you can pick them up cheap

midland turbo have said for a basic rebuild £175 that's all seals and bearings or if it needs completely rebuilding it will be £350, they said it could have siezed due to coke build up. Don't think anything has snapped inside as I would of heard it go? How hard are they to take off I've read a few posts and it put me off a bit

not too bad of a job mate if you have the right tools few hours to get off undo all the bolts and water and oil lines you may need to smack it to free it when everything has been undone, i used a big chisel and a hammer, its putting it all bag together that needs more care, get new seals for the return pipe and copper washers for the banjos 1 washer each side of the banjo or it will leak. might take a couple of days to do the whole job. depending if the bolts all come out good
