You haven't been going to the middlesbrough parts desk have you?

The guy in there refused to sell me 302mm discs because the reg of my t5r came back as having 280mm's.

i had a lot of hassle finding 302's on Europarts system, so a S70R owner off the forum kindly gave me his reg for the next set i was after. Gave them the reg & they then asked if it was 280mm or 302mm i wanted DOH

I must be lucky, I ask my dealer for the bits I want, and they get them! Often looking up other reg numbers to feed the computer

must be doing well if they can afford to turn down money like that. My main stealers gave up asking for a reg plate, just asks "what model its off this time" lol

hope his boss realise how much money he's losing them with his atttude

many years ago my main stealer tried to convince me the R front bumper was just an additional lip screwed onto the bottom of a normal bumper. They even had one in the car park so took him out & asked if it looked added on, said "it had been blended in". Gave up & phoned another dealer who knew exactly what i wanted & gave me the part number, went back to my local & just told him to order than lol

The 850R clutch is stronger, if I remember right, the T5-R uses the standard T5 one

I just find FRF so much cheaper than other Volvo dealers I don't bother going anywhere else unless I need something today.
