thanks for the comments guys.
Just the last photo that brings it up to date, got my 850r clutch kit through during the week, i only needed the pressure plate so the friction plate will be up for sale as you cant get them separately.
Should have everything fitted up at the weekend, ordered new flywheel bolts today.
You sir have some fine skills. A clean looking sleeper which should fly.
Wasn't suprised to see it's a cover car. Lovely build, I'll be following this thread.

first time i've seen the pictures for this thread (viewing on my phone last week) & the quality of everything is very impressive sir. My bro used to have a 300e company van with a 2.0 Pinto & i couldn't fit in the thing becuase of the lack of leg room, & you've moved the bulkhead back lol

also going to hopefully have the gearbox rebuilt next week and get the prop made to suite so its getting there. Still lots ive got to get, the last install of the year will be all the water and boost hoses, that will be it for this year, come january/feb all the oil and fuel system will be purchased and march/ april i should be able to afford the vipec v88 ecu and custom loom... hmmmm sounds so easy when you say it like that :wall:
Aren't the current guidelines on alterations to standard chassis now not deemed possible/allowed? I know of cars running different engines recently built looking standard from the outside which are not deemed appropriate for an MOT due to current guidelines. It may be because of Spaceframe tubing in section under stadard panels but I would check just to make sure as you have put a lot of work in which looks amazing by the way. The downpipe looks like the one I made with the flange uncut in shape and left round lol.
Im not sure to be honest.
Fantastic !! Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
cheers for the replies.
When i did my last engine swap i didnt have any issues so should be okay but yes i have heard of some people getting the cars inspected by garages or having the sva test, dont think ive got anything to worry about though
Wow so good, as an engineer i so appreciate the hard work that's gone into your project.Keep up the good work worth we are not friend of mine. Yoda
Lol, Mate was on about that at work the other day. He said exactly the same about his
Reminds me of my 70' VW Camper. The screen washers ran off the spare wheel on the front. Little pipe from the tyre valve, Through the front and pressurised the water bottle when you press the peddle.
