    Volvo B5254T5 Focus ST/RS Powered Ford 100e

    Hi People,
Thought id post up on here some photos of my 1960 ford 100e with a difference. Its powered by the Volvo engine out of a focus st/rs. Ive converted it to rear wheel drive using a 960 bell housing a custom adaptor plate and a cosworth t5 gearbox. Its got a dry sump system that is nearly finished, ive also nearly finished making the 3" exhaust system. I will be running it on vipec v88 management and will be having a custom loom made. Its still a while off being finished but here are the photos that bring it near up to date

    Brief run down
Focus ST225 standard Engine 20k approx miles
    volvo 850r clutch pressure plate

so started work on the exhaust downpipe. Started off with a square bit of 10mm thick 316 stainless steel plate, after a few lunch hours on the lathe i finished with this

    drilled the holes

and started playing about with some bends. The bore size is 3"
