Do you have another set of tyres for road use? Just thinking that its now coming up to winter, how good are they in the rain, snow?

I don't really use the S70 that much, other than track days/pleasure. Have another car(s) for day to day running about. For the last few years, the S70 has purely become a 'toy'!

I don't expect them to last long! I went for the medium compound (choice of soft/medium/hard), and they feel incredibly soft! And they only have 5mm of tread from new! But I only do 2-3k miles a year (including the annual Ring trip), and maybe 4 or 5 track days. So IF they last a year I'll be happy, but I won't hold my breath!

Although if you read the reviews, they are supposed to be very good in the wet still.

Didn't think the tread depth looked as much as it would be on a standard road tyre when new. Tyres look really good, what did you run before? Be interesting to hear how these compare..

Used to use Eagle F1 GSD3's for years, brilliant on the road but no good on track. Tried Vredstein Sessanta's, absolutely superb, best road tyre I've ever used previously, even really good on track, both in the dry and wet. Before these I had Falken FK432's which are pretty £££££e TBH.

These Kumho semi slicks will be far beyond anything else I've used in terms of dry grip.

I ran these on the S2000 for a while. They are great

    Wear better than R888s too.
