Question Decosol - what is the modern equivalent to clean plastic/vinyl?

I am trying to clean a cream coloured load cover - just getting off the muck of 15 years - I remember a product called Decosol from years back, but what is a good modern vinyl and plastic cleaner?

Did you know the EU says that you can't claim that drinking water prevents dehydration. So now you know for sure what many of have known for years that the EU is run by a bunch of nutters.
