A Rica mapped ECU which sent it to the top of the gauge on the dash! Whatever that is?
Just on a standard turbo and a Bailey DV26, (which I'll be chucking soon probably!).

peaks at 20 psi but drops right down to about 13 saying that the clutch started slipping quite a bit so when thats fixed if it still does it ill investigate the actuator!!

    Wink

Sounds like a Boost leak somewhere, Keep us posted.

I take it your runing a blanking plate with ur dv.

Full stage zero tune is a must, helps in the long run.

yeah mate blanking plate and dv i think its the clutch where the engine was just revving and not revolving is why it dropped so much but we will see

These Boost figures is it the maximum the car wll run all day long or just a quick burst?

Tyring to find out weather ive a problem or not.

I can boost 20psi but after sustained 15sec's she drops to 15psi? i am running a auto ecu in a manual, could this be the problem?

    On 5th gear for 15 Secs ?
The Auto ECU is not the culprit, it could be the mapping where the load indeces is lower and thus lower boost. If this has never happended before, check your MAF sensor

Stock frame turbos will support ~1.0 bar above 6000rpm. If you are running 20 psi peak and it drops off at ~5000rpm then this is because the turbo is out of puff. You could nail the wastegate shut and it would still fade. My stage 1 tunes on the 16t all ran peak 18-19 psi but dropped off to 12 psi at 7000 rpm. My 19t runs a peak of 1.4 bar and drops to just over a bar at 7500 rpm. This may explain what you are seeing on the gauge - could you do a 4th gear pull from 2000 rpm (or whatever is deemed safe for you rods) to 6000 rpm and get back to us with your boost at 1000 rpm intervals?

    Red face

I'm beging to think it's my 15g turbo runing out of puff. If it was a Boost leak it would imediatly drop dont you think,

At the moment she will hold a 18psi until around 4,300 rpm then the boost tails off to a 1 Bar aprox 14.8psi

I Will try and do a run with a friend so he can look at the gauges.

    Thanks again for your sugestions

That sounds ballpark normal to me and I suspect you haven't got a boost leak. Any other 15g users have a profile of their boost?
