    Not much! lol

No dumpvalve, not really a fan, i prefer the more natural noise of an induction kit.

13psi although i'v been told it should be running 16-17psi.

1.4 bars, Recirc, but tougher spring inside. Internal wastegate (19T) adjusted against creep only.

21 psi with the stock BCS, Forge 1 bar actuator and standard recirc.

The standard recirc is not a problem for anything a stock turbo can throw at it so not worth "upgrading". They can fail though so worth investigating if losing boost. Bear in mind that all the stock turbos will fade if pushed above stock boost - my 19t will hold 21 psi up to 5000 rpm but drops to 17 psi at 6000 and 16 at 7500 rpm. They saturate quickly due to the small turbine. None of them will hold high boost to high rpm even if fitted with a big compressor wheel - big mid range torque is their forte. I have never had a true boost leak but did blow out the IAT sensor and the top charge pipe once. What does your boost do at WOT Merc?

Boost's 18psi Drops harshly down to 15.5 psi. Have tested the Recirc with a vac pump, and it does not hold Boost.

How are you controlling boost? I'm out of depth on MBC's etc but unless the reciec valve is visibly faulty I would say the fault lies elsewhere.

The Boost is controlled with the MBC, The recirc has been vac tested, and has proved faulty, as it does not hold any Vac.

25psi to 7500rpm, but it does tend to overboost to 28psi when the temps are low. Thats with a Forge 004 dump valve and 1bar actuator.
