Will need to complain to a proper mod Sam sorry

Excellent! Yes I did just send a text.

Seriously though if you do want help after work friday or whenever just ask, we'll have it working... I bet you!

I would go along electrical lines if its cracking... have many spares I can haul down for "trial and error" until it fires up.

Had to panic a little there thought I was going to get an earful for going off-topic... (remember to get a thread in the project section Sam).

You would have to tell me you where an electrician now wouldnt you! I spent most of today wiring the extension at my folks house and could have done with some guidance in certain area's... nevermind finished now **tut tut**

Who said I wasnt a qualified electrician seeking a fellow specialists advice in a diffifult situation?

Electrics are my thing JT, I have always been good with the stuff that goes bang in the wet.

If a jobs worth doing its worth doing properly, thats what I say mate.

Simple job really putting a new ring in for lighting in a three room dormer extension.

You make it sound hard? Its only a series of coloured wires and im Colourblind! Anyone with a multi-meter and a basic understanding of ohms law should be able to wire anything in series or parallel... these blooming electricians get away with charging a fortune, hence the need to learn.

Nothing against you personally Johnny, your a decent guy but why can electricians never quote you a price inclusive of VAT? lol

I will agree house bashing (as we call it) is easy, hard work, but easy.

basically if you get it wrong, it aint pretty and it ****ing well hurts! trust me! lol

ps,having said that, I could not work in the services though, my full respect to anyone who does!!

Eibach are pretty damn good, had them on my last R (Which has stiffer springs anyway) and they give a really good ride.
