Yes that's the one and same person, I do try to get some of the meets. I go to the Essex meets and I have been along to the 1/4 mile at Shakespeare this year.
He does, successful results too.

Yes Mark Shead has a very good reputation for achieving superb results in the tuning world. I have been lucky enough to experience first hand the results of his work with a Sierra Cosworth, 2 Evo's and 3 Volvo's and they're all very impressive in their own rights. I had all the mechanical work on my car carried out by RT Mechanics and they then organised for Mark to tune it as Mark won't tune them directly only through RT's. If your interested in going down that route you will need to contact RT's
