was was told its 933. I spoke to a main dealer and they said theres no such paint code. 931, 932 & 934 exist but carry no paint 'names'. What you need is Anthracite. BUT, after ages I couldn't find a correct paint code for that from anyone (including specialist custom paint suppliers) so ended up choosing Volvo wheel paint called 'dark silver' paint code 177.3.
heres a piccys of 1 of my wheels during refurb in 177.3

.....sooper moose. '97 850R manual. Yum yum.

That was the base colour, a little metal flake (midnight black & steel silver) went into the first 2 coats of lacquer. the black flake had the effect of making them look a little darker still.
    Finished. 177.3 and metal flake.

I managed to get a paint colour called 'Anthracite' when I refurbed my Volan's I had a while back, don't recall if it was a Volvo colour...though it was supposed to have been.

Got them done by a friend of mine in Beverley that I know. Took a while to match the colour but it's a Peugeot colour that was the closest match. But well pleased with them really set it off now as they was a bit scabby before.
