    The new wheels for the 850

    I had never even thought about fitting the polaris wheels to the 850 but after seeing a pic im deffinatly liking them so will see how the fit on the car first and if every thing is fine they will be going on.

    probably could of done with an inch bigger, but yes they do look very good. Certainly suit it very well

    lol some people are never happy there 17" so will do me im just wounder about the offset differences but obviously they can fit

    sure the RWD's have more offset than the FWD's so stick out the arch more (i think lol)

    yeah im just woundering if the catch the arches when hitting bumps ill get one of the wheels out and fit it to myne and that should give me the answer lol

    if your thinking of keeping them on the 850 you could always grind the centre down to reduce the offset, i'd suggest getting an engineering shop to do it instead of getting the angle grinder out yourself lol

    just managed to get intouch with the bloke he says the arches need to be rolled and the biggest tyres that will fit with out rubbing are 205/40/17
    Ade there the volvo rwd offset and either 7 or 7.5 j they were a optional extra for the 700 and 900 series and quite rare not many about at all.
    So tbh not too bad really for fitting

    lol no chance i had been looking for a set for years before these came up you can buy replica ones there called eiker but there supposed to be really soft and buckle easy

    You can get them here but they have to come from Norway and they arent cheap. http://www.eiker.no/default.asp?ItemID=1207


    I do love the Polaris rims but couldnt justify the cost
