obd II fault reader

just wondering if anyone on here has a fault code reader? i was gonna buy one but all the listings say 1996 onwards and mines a 95 even though i have the OBD II system on mine i dont want to get one and it doesnt work so if you live anywhere near the east end of london and you fancy helping me out im sure i can manage a little treat your way
