    c70 headlight dilema

Cant believe it i just bought some projector headlamps with indicators and side repeaters for my 2002 c70 which were cheaper than buying the later crystal volvo ones. I'm over the moon with them, however i now have a set of late headlamps and late grill (long story as how i got them but they were free). What do i use. Either way i'll be using the later grill (been after one for ages but £150 from volvo and around £80 second hand on ebay).

Ummm.. I also prefer the look of the Crystal lamps over the projector lamps personally. If you've got the luxury of both why not try them both and see which you prefer. Fitting them can't be the end of the world

not sure bought mine off ebay. they are made by ABM and the quality is the same as the volvo ones. I will try both they only take 5 mins to remove both (3x 10mm bolts).

I've had both & prefer the current crystal lights - I also replaced the rears for the later 2003 lights. I found that the ABM lights as featured in the advert on ebay (using my car) - were OK the pattern is a bit disappointing without HIDs installed. I use crystals with both HID on main & dipped. No problems apart from you have to use the reflector HID bulbs or else you get flashed all the time.

I.ve gone for the volvo crystals, tried both and although there is no different fit wise and quality the crystals look far nicer in my opinion.
