Anyone marked as a possibly against any event or camping etc will need to confirm or change their details prior to me collecting payment and most certainly before the deadline of monday 18th. If not changed then it will assumed all possiblies are no's as the application form needs to reflect these details.

Guys,

if its the same as previous years, if the minimum number of track time is reached by a club, they get dedicated track time allocated, ie no other clubs on the track. If not, you just get bunged in with random track sessions. I think its something like 25 cars etc but the organisers will confirm. Some clubs team up with a similar club and share the track session to get teh numbers up.

Its a good way of being on track with other careful club members rather than random idiots. All depends on numbers though.

IIRC it's £30 for a 15 minute session
