Same as me frank, i wouldn't want to sell my car to get a manual s70r, but i would like to convert mine to a manual.
Do i make sense? Not really, but i like my car and i wouldn't want to swap it for a manual.

the price you can pick up second hand gearboxes for now it doesn't make it a very dear thing to do, the dear bit is the labour if you have to pay someone to do it

JamesT5R has done the conversion so will be the best person to talk to, but from memory you also need the cables, brake & clutch pedals & sure he said theirs a bracket on the pedal box you need for the replacement clutch pedal return spring. Sure the driveshafts are different
