    so your set-up is
    • 302mm caliper carriers & hoses
    • Audi Coupe calipers (i'm hoping for twin pot)
    • 336mm XC90 discs

No idea I took an old pad that I got with the bits to my local spares place and that's what they came up with, it may well also fit Audi as vw use many cross reference parts :-)

I can't see 302mm carriers fitting over a 336mm disc. That would be an increase in radius of 17mm which I would think would catch the carrier. It would be nice if this setup is the exact setup that is mentioned though.

    Red face 302mm running a 325mm

I so want to be wrong, But i was just thinking the same, my 302 mm carrier only just clear 302mm disc's.

I Really think there will be some rubbing, so if the disc's are 325mm what were they off?

Are they XC90 discs then as I thought only 316mm and 336 x 30 mm were the options available for that car.
