    i've seen others fit saloon springs onto estates

    Yeah exactly as pedro says providing you havnt got nivomats (self leveling suspension).

    The only difference is the weight, as the estates springs are rated at a higher maximum weight than the saloons.

    My back end of my 855 sits dead low, thinking it may be worn soggy Nivomats, can these be swapped easy for a set of H/Duty rear springs and conventional shocks, or will the car lift itself back up afetr a bit of action driving over speed humps etc?
    855 manual, Rica 304, Reverse I/C, De-cat, Pipercross cone, Durite boost and volt gauges, Braided hoses, Police spec pads

    i'm sure they can be swopped to the normal suspension but have to change the rear top-mounts as well as the springs & shocks

    the self levelling is all built into the rear shock absorbers & tbh not sure exactly how they work, might be worth giving it a drive to see before replacing them
