Why would you want to on a standard car? even on a mapped car standard injectors would run ok
Bigger injectors on standard map will overfuel, I'd have thought.

it may take a while to learn & re-calibrate depending on how much bigger, but the ecu will learn & adjust (within reason) to accomodate for the injectors

Being a 2.5 LPT the standard ones are Red 315cc injectors, the standard map boost tops out at 6psi, so if I were to run up to 14psi (for example) then I'd have thought the injectors would need upgrading.
Was thinking of upping to white 350cc injectors.

Would a lpt boost to 14psi?

There is enough room within the trim tolerances for the upgrade to white or blues as they flow the same but only slightly more than the 0280 150 785 browns at around 11% more flow.
