What do you do thermostat wise.....?....not run one......run a standard one or run one that is drilled to allow extra flow??

There is just a standard one in there at the moment
I used to run without, not sure it made any difference
But I’ve never had overheating issues before

I use a Renault 5 one that actually goes in the top hose.

I had bought an aftermarket stat to do exactly that!

Well. some of you may already know but, went for a play at Brands Hatch on Saturday.

It was slippery as first thing in the morning, but dried up quite nicely, so got some good running in.

Nealevo came along for the banter and was brave enough to get in the car too, if only to do his nails! lol

Developed a small oil leak in the afternoon, which meant an early bath, but it was getting late anyway.

Overall, a very good day out

Hopefully I’ll get to catch up with you and Steve up at Brands this year. Every time Steve asks if I want to do a trackday something is broken on the 850!
