    downpipes

I have found a pair of downpipes locally (one angled and one straight)
Think they are 3" stainless but the guy reckons they are for a L/H drive US model. They have the holes for the sensors. Will these pipes fit on my 850T5. He seems to think that a steering joint may be in the way but the pipe can be altered to fit. If anyone knows anything about this I would love to know.

sounds like the obx ones if so or similar the crash guard for the steering rack will be in the way fairly easy to remove it and trim down with an angle grinder

The heat reflection/power steering crash gaurd can be altered to use the downpipes quite easily. I run the angled version downpipe for a couple of years before making my new item this week, well sorting out the appalling welding of someone I trusted to do the job.

Thats what I wanted to hear. The straight pipe must replace the cat I guess. I am hoping to get the rest of the system made up in a larger pipe diameter as I have a m8 who works in a silencer factory.
