C70 roof bars.

Hi Guys,

I need to transport a long box from my place to my sister in laws, a journey of approx 160 miles. About the only way I can see of doing this in my '99 C70 is to mount it on the roof.

Are there bars that go across the roof? I know I can strap this box to a pair of those.

If they are made, where could I get some? Anyone got a set for sale?

I will lend you my Volvo OEM bars - specifically made for the C70 roof. Alternatively you can buy them. They are about 100 quid from Volvo main dealer.

It's good to know that they are out there, I'll keep an eye on ebay for something closer, unless there is some other kind person who lives in Kent...
