Arrow whistling turbo V40 DS 2002

what is a whistling turbo ( thought all turbos whistled) looking at a V40 DS and ad says has whistling turbo poss bearing but drives perfect, no smoke, plenty of power and good fuel consumption... is there a prob? also is it costly to repair if is...and is it a bearing or new turbo? Any ideas?

Hmmm... was it expensive to fix .. just waying up cost of car and repair... sounds like it has been whistling for a while but still runs perfect...
