    Question boost problems t5r

hi, it was running a solid 18psi with loads left on the mbc,it then dropped to 16 psi, it still pulls hard and holds 16psi solid in 2nd 3rd and 4th, so not sure if its leaking boost, but wont go any higher, i put another mbc on which i know produces a lot more than 18psi and it again only produces 16psi even when fully wound. its doin 16psi in 2nd so would normally produce more in 3rd and 4th but it just hits 16psi and no more, any ideas? thanks.

mbc can only allow what the turbo can produce, maybe check for boost leaks or a weak actuator.
