stations not saving in memory and have correct adapter leads in ??

hi all i have a sony cd player in both my 850 and v70 volvos but neither of them keep the station in memory every time i turn car off i have to reset and retune i have correct adapter leads any idea

try swopping the perminant + & ignition feed wires around on the converter harness, although DIN is supposed to be universal some manufactures do have the 2 wires the wrong way round
