Rain free Saturday (My bro's new spoiler)

Well seeing as the rain held off today decided to take a couple of upto date shots of the car along with my brother who popped along so I could take a couple of pictures of his newly fitted 854R boot spoiler, I think it suits the look of the S70 well and it's a shame Volvo never fitted the S70's with these spoilers from the factory..

Cheers for the comments guys and even yours as well Scott lol, I'm really happy with how the boot spoiler has turned out I think it finishes the outside of the car off a treat. As for the difference in performance I reckon Andys car wins that one, the new ecu/map along with the other mods he has done have made such a difference to the way it goes in the higher gears.

Now that's what I call a pair of stunning motors!

Andy I really like your 850 and its the best colour in my opinion, it looks fantastic clean and as per the norm the TC splitter just finished it off nicely.

The S70R looks a tidy example too, must admit I have never been fond of the saffron colour but my prejudices aside it looks brilliant. Its actually the first S70 I have seen with the 850R spoiler and it looks like it should have always been there.

    Nice work chaps!

both look very nice, must admit i've never been a fan of the darker colours but Andy's still shows alot of the detail because of the shine/reflection. They both need the rear's lowering another inch

every time i see a TC splitter i'm tempted to have a word about one

Cheers for your kind comments, it's a complete shame you have just lost yours I really do hope you find another like it. It was me that gave the previous owner of your car the idea to fit the TC splitter and as you say it definately finishes the front end off nicely.

Thanks Pedro, tbh I have never been a fan of darker coloured cars myself. But with this particular car it was the colour that drew me to it. Now it's all polished up I wouldn't change the colour to anything else and have started looking at other cars in grey and appreciating them

As I tell everyone who considers a TC spoiler... put simply you NEED one in your life!

Yes mine definately needs a drop at the back, after being away on holiday I particularly liked the stance of the car when it was loaded with passengers and luggage as below

although I did remove the front splitter for the trip just in case...
