Well its happened the T5-R ticked over to 200k.

She still runs sweet as and with no smoke really cant grumble!

Excuse the pants picture... as im sure you can tell by the needle I was driving and it was dark.

How many others are running over 200k on original engine?

My 855R auto has clocked up over 225000mls on original engine, gearbox, turbo in fact everything except brakes and service items. She is still going strong with no issues that i know of and still pulls like a train.

I've replaced the PCV, new front struts, lower wishbones and had the aircon sorted over the nearly 9 yrs i've owned her. Exhaust is starting just starting to blow but that's about it.

I think I see your car in the mornings on the roundabout for the A12/A120 you come from the Clacton direction heading towards Ipswich? If it's you to look at the car you wouldn't have guessed the mileage

200,000 on these, if looked after, isn't a major issue from what has been displayed here

I certainly come from the Clacton direction up the A120 and onto the A12 either London or Ipswich bound depending on whether i'm going to work or to play. There aren't too many green 855r's about around here so it probably is me.

Thanks for your compliments although the old girl is disgustingly in need of a wash at the moment. As you say, looked after, treated with a bit of respect and serviced regularly they will last a long time.

I have seen, few times, a very clean looking black P1 V70R awd around the Thorpe area. No one on here is it?

They will easily do a quarter of a million miles if cared for. If you are reffering to my suspension in the picture it is becuase the wheel is turned slightly and not straight on hence it looks knackered.

Yeah I have seen a clean black V70R AWD around Colchester and also a dark blue one and an 855R in black to name the usual sightings

It has done well without doubt. Proves that the careful attitude and maintainance of the previous owners worked. Only the injector rail has gone since ive owned it.

12 days now since I hit 200k and just turned 201k!
