    I'm not jealous at all!

150bhp! On an old 4cyl, 8 valve, you must joking, it may get about 140bhp but not 150bhp!

Thats gonna be a beast when its done, can't wait to see it running.
Looks like you'll be going for 12's as well.

I'd be very happy with a 14.5 for mine but as yours will probably be running over 100bhp more, you may go a bit quicker!

hey man thats a pretty serious build you have going on,I'm currently doing the same only I'm staying with standard rods at the minute due funding and probably upgrading to a 5 cyclinder later on. What management system are you planning to use?

13.9 last time mate so you never know and this time i will have 225s on the back at 20 psi so loads of traction and turbo running at 1.6 to 1.8 bar should get the old girl moving a tad lol

emerald mate the standard rods are good i was running 18 to 20 psi on a t35 hybrid and i had no probs with the rods mate but because im upgrading so much and running up to 28 psi i best be safe than sorry and change the rods

good point, I was under the impression that volvo rods were good but once you started getting close to 250hp then they start getting bendy. I'm planning to run with a t30 and a chipped volvo ecu until i can figure out megasquirt mapping. I honestly thought a t35 would snap the rods and melt pistons hence my choice of going a bit smaller

no mate its all about fueling and the boost was never a problem and my car hit 20psi at 2800 rpm up to the rev limiter of 6k the redblock 13mm rods are good for 300 bhp whp mate no probs .i never hit under 290 and 350 bhp on different rollers ,just get an fpr, bigger injectors ,and 22 psi out of that t3 and enjoy mate,my car is on the rollers on voc under performance section and its also on here under hlm charity day mate.the car was on standard cam and standard ecus no chips

holy good frig just watched the videos on VOC there, good job. question for you though I've never really understood the whole turbo sizing thing ( i understand a t35 bigger than a t40 etc etc ) but what is a t3? injector wise i was going for either the yellow bosch ones from a 3lt 960 or reds from a t5

the way it works is is t25,t28,t3,t34,t38,t4 etcand the t35 is a hybrid of a t34 but bigger internals and mine used a different exhaust housing .if i was you i would use me7 blues and a fpr because reds are smaller than stock 940 injectors.but remember you have to do the resistor mod to use high rez injectors because 940s use low rez injectors
