    never said i wanted a 19t, is that the only turbo that i will need an angled downpipe for?

    all the volvo later turbos need an angled down pipe mate .i ran a race cat on my v70 with a 3in system up to the turbo then it was reduced to 2 3/4 to turbo

    Well I have worked it out & you need to be making about 360 Ft Lbs at around the 5700 mark to make 390 bhp.

    well its making 335lb ft at 4000rpm and 262bhp then goes down rather than climb hence i need a bigger turbo

    it dont thing the power figuires work like that mate it all depends on the setup

    if anyone else has a dyno graph where did you get peak horsepower in the rev range?

    anybody with a t5 who was at hlm? just checked my graph it made peak bhp at 4000rpm then went flat all the way to 6000 rpm the torque peaked at 4000 at 455nm then fell to 270nm at 6000 rpm

    You can make it sooner in the rev range but the torque will have to be sky high.

    hhhmmm cant quote you Dave.

    Your working assumes his Rev limit is 5700 though doesnt it?

    If BHP = Torque x RPM / 5252 then

    Torque = BHP x 5252 / RPM

    No I am not assuming any rev limit - I am just working from the most common peak power point for the turbos used in Volvo.
