    removing crank wheel engine out

Can someone shed some light on how tight the crank wheel should be ? I am in the process of stripping a spare engine to have it rebuilt but cannot remove the crank wheel Tried undoing the 4 10mm bolts then using a puller this doesnt move it. Tried using a 2 foot knuckle bar this doesnt undo it. Tried a 7 foot length of tube on the knuckle bar this doesnt undo it either

Haynes says it should only be done to 180 NM so the 24 inch bar should have undone it unless the bolt goes in reverse thread

Locktite is used on the thread so it will need to be broke (the loctite seal). Lock the crank in place then undo it.
