    s60 t5 misfire

    guy local to me is selling an s60 t5, no mot or tax and the engine light is on, there is a misfire...he has been told it could be coil pack..its potentially a cheap cheap car...but are these cars known for that...car is 700 ono on a y plate, fully loaded, id have thought ya could break it for more....wondering wether to take a chance and bid him...advice??

    Sounds a cheap car as long as it is just a coil pack (the coil packs on P2 T5's do have a tendency to crack due to the heat)
    I'd personally be taking a chance on it as long as the rest of the car is in good nick (if you don't have it drop me a pm and I might )

    Get a coil pack, go there and check it out
