Sorry mate, a bit of an 850 shoot out, at the moment im in last place but there are a few of us that could with a fair wind break the elusive 14 sec barrier.

Pull the fuse on the awd and you can join in lol

Doesn't quite work with a dual mass clutch......would probably just end up a smoking mess. (If it wasnt for the dual mass clutch I could probably launch at a more sensible rpm and in turn get a better more progressive launch).

Actually just throught of a couple of ways that may lead to successful launch without the awd system active.......may have to test them

You shouldn't be allowed to compete directly either, because your car is rwd! and don't go giving us this "but i'v only got 8 valves" stuff! lol
Do you think you'll get into the 13's at avon?

I have to agree,i think we should have fastest volvo but then have a few more sub tables like maybe 850's, s/v70's, fwd, rwd, awd, auto or manual

Looking at the normal turnout that would mean Smithy and I fighting in classes of our own.

but i do only have 8vs and 4 pistons and its old design and the standard 0 to 60 is 11.5 secs so how am i going to catch your big and powerful 850s/70s.lol i think i am allowed due to these reasons.
yes i will get 13s before i take it off the road for the winter.
i have to admit is going to be a good comp between the 850s to see who going to be the top of the tree.
im just scrared for my poor 940 being beaten by all these 850s its not going to look good on youtube and the volvo forums lol
